About Preservation Logistics

Founded in 2020 to close communication gaps with residents and resolve contractor access issues, Preservation Logistics — a division of Kalel Companies — has since expanded its team and capabilities to support developers across the industry. We integrate seamlessly with property management and construction partners, leveraging a proprietary CRM and project-management platform to capture and track critical resident and project data in real time. Our online platform combines database management with automation and third-party integrations — powering robocalls, text and email campaigns, document generation, and more — enabling us to plan and execute robust resident engagement, coordination, and relocation services with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
