Partnering with non-profit owner Morrisania Revitalization Corporation (MRC), and Kalel Companies, to recapitalize MRC’s existing real estate portfolio consisting of 18 buildings in the Morrisania section of the Bronx, NY and preserving the units’ affordability through New York City HPD’s Preservation Loan Program.
